Global Concrete Lifting

Polyjacking Services

Polyjacking uses high-density polyurethane foam to lift sunken concrete slabs. The foam is injected through tiny holes, expands beneath the slab, and raises it to the target height in minutes. It is the most advanced concrete lifting technology available today.

Global Concrete Lifting connects you with certified polyjacking contractors who use this lightweight, waterproof, permanent solution - typically at 70-90% less than replacement.

What Polyjacking Includes

1

Penny-Sized Drill Holes

Only 5/8-inch holes are drilled - smaller than a penny. Much less invasive than mudjacking or replacement.

2

Polyurethane Foam Injection

Two-component polyurethane resin is injected beneath the slab. The chemicals react and expand up to 25 times their volume, filling voids and lifting concrete.

3

Rapid Curing

Polyurethane foam cures in 15 minutes. Your concrete is ready to bear full weight within an hour of injection.

4

Permanent & Waterproof

Unlike cement slurry, polyurethane foam is completely waterproof and will not wash out, erode, or decompose. It is a permanent fix.

When Polyjacking Is the Best Option

  • Residential driveways, sidewalks, and patios
  • Pool decks where water resistance matters
  • Garage floors near sensitive equipment
  • Any project where minimal disruption is important
  • Properties with poor soil drainage
